About The Position

This role involves evaluating and engaging utility providers to optimize bill delivery methods, monitoring automated workflows, and troubleshooting system exceptions. The analyst will investigate and resolve data processing failures, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong overall computer aptitude, including high comfort with Google products.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a natural talent for troubleshooting system anomalies.
• Professional written and verbal skills, backed by excellent phone and email etiquette for vendor outreach.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly flexible, open to direction, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and engage utility providers to secure the most efficient bill delivery methods.
• Monitor automated workflows and quickly diagnose production robot exceptions.
• Analyze, track, and resolve recurring processing failures for incoming emails and bills.
• Identify and champion opportunities to increase automation, reduce manual work, and maximize system accuracy.
• Act as a vital liaison between external utility vendors and internal development/testing teams.
