Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associates Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations.
  • Two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements
  • Ability to handle conflict and diffuse confrontational situations
  • Demonstrate accountability and dependability
  • Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others
  • Communicates effectively verbal and in writing.
  • Listens attentively and with empathy

  • Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, provider training and project coordination throughout the process and full cycle scope of services in coordination and billing.
  • Provides Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers of our portfolio of business.
