About The Position

The Provider Configuration Enrollment Representative obtains provider profile information, including demographic, billing, credentialing, and other details. The role verifies information with providers in a timely manner, enters provider enrollment and disenrollment data, and maintains the provider database. It also receives information from provider offices and makes appropriate changes to profiles and demographic details. The representative ensures credentials and employee information are updated when necessary.

Requirements

• Skills in using basic office equipment, computers, printers, and email.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Previous experience in a health care field organization.
• Prior insurance billing or credentialing experience.
