About The Position

The Provider Configuration Enrollment Representative obtains provider profile information and verifies provider demographic, billing, credentialing, and other information in a timely manner. The role enters provider enrollment and disenrollment data and maintains the provider database. It receives information from provider offices and makes appropriate changes to profiles and demographic information. The representative ensures credentials and employee information are updated when necessary and uses basic office equipment, computers, printers, and email.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Skills using basic office equipment, computers, printers, and email.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• Previous experience in a health care field organization.
• Prior insurance billing or credentialing experience.
