About The Position
Prosser Memorial Health Provider Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice clinicians (APCs), including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. This role also coordinates locum tenens or per diem coverage. Provider Recruiter conducts compensation data analysis to support competitive provider retention efforts.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) with proficiency in software applications along with the ability to learn additional applications with little direction.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
- Knowledge of physician and APC contracts, compensation structures, and healthcare industry trends.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
- Experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, or related field.
