About The Position

Theoria Medical is leading the charge in healthcare innovation and quality of care - offering a unique blend of medical excellence and technological advancement, serving the post-acute sector. Our network includes multispecialty physician services covering skilled nursing facilities across the country. We are currently seeking a Provider Recruiter, to find providers serving local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven care community.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in provider recruitment.
  • Organized and skilled at managing a high-level recruiting, handling multiple requisitions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and gain energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat.
  • Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes.
  • Passionate about recruitment efforts, and motivated to help place great providers in the right career.
  • Excelled in healthcare recruiting and experienced in rural recruitment efforts.
  • Solid knowledge base using an ATS (Greenhouse experience preferably, LinkedIn Recruiter, Doc Cafe, and other recruiting tools.
  • 2–3 years of dedicated provider recruiting or full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience working inside mainstream ATS platform layouts (Greenhouse, Source Whale).
  • Exceptional writing skills tailored toward creating catchy, professional email and text messages.
  • Highly resilient attitude paired with data-driven problem-solving habits.
  • Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Theoria Medical conducts criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing on all candidates upon acceptance of a contingent offer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of Theoria Medical's values and mission.
  • Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups that increase offer acceptance.
  • Lead outbound recruiting efforts to our highest priority prospects, via personalized emails and calls.
  • Manage and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategy and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team, sourcers and hiring managers to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience
  • Make process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively
