Requirements

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field, will consider combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality, or provider services.
• Meet all Employee Health Requirement

Nice To Haves

• Experience with audits, accreditation processes, or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report provider productivity metrics.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop dashboards and regular reporting for leadership review.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to implement data-driven improvements.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs related to provider operations.
• Ensure SOPs reflect current regulatory requirements and organizational best practices
• Coordinate and conduct provider peer review processes to ensure clinical and operational quality
