Provider Onboarding Specialist
About The Position
Sailor Health is on a mission to reinvent the aging experience in America. Sailor Health is building the AI-native health system for happier and healthier aging. Sailor offers virtual mental health, care navigation, wellness classes, AI coaches, and AI care agents. We are looking for a Provider Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You’ll play a critical role in expanding Sailor’s clinician network — identifying, onboarding, and empowering exceptional therapists and psychologists to deliver care through our platform. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and relationship-building, where you’ll help shape how providers experience Sailor from day one.

Responsibilities
- Guide providers from first contact through contracting, credentialing, and initial patient assignment, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Credentialing, and Care Coordination teams to align on capacity needs and onboarding timelines.
- Track metrics such as response rate, conversion rate, onboarding duration, and ramp-up progress to identify trends and bottlenecks.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with licensed therapists, psychologists, and clinical social workers across Sailor’s target states.
- Verify that all required documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with Sailor’s standards.
- Act as a point of contact for new clinicians, addressing questions quickly and ensuring they feel supported and excited to join Sailor.
