About The Position

ECHO Community Healthcare is hiring a full-time Provider Nurse for its Division Street Clinic in Evansville, Indiana. The role provides nursing care and general nursing functions for patients during clinic visits. The Provider Nurse provides age-specific and health-prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by a Registered Nurse, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner. The position works closely with Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and care outcomes and coordinate services within an integrated healthcare delivery system.

ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center serving insured, uninsured, under-insured, and homeless community members. The organization employs more than 100 team members and provides clinical and community outreach services at six full-time clinics. Its clinical team works in a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends or evenings. The position includes 13 paid holidays, which employees do not work. Benefits are available on the first day.

Requirements

• Current Indiana LPN nursing license or CMA/RMA certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Concern for clients’ dignity.

Nice To Haves

• One year of EPIC experience.
• One year of clinical experience.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities
