Provider Nurse Float - LPN/CMA
About The Position
Our clinical team is seeking a full-time Provider Nurse to float between our John Street and Division Street Clinics located in Evansville, IN. ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center that provides quality healthcare to all members of our community, including the insured, uninsured, under-insured and homeless. We currently employ over 100 dedicated team members who truly embrace the mission of serving and making a difference in the lives of others in a positive, supportive and collaborative environment. We serve a population of approximately 15,000 and provide various clinical and community outreach services at six full time clinics.
Requirements
- Current Indiana LPN Nursing License or CMA/RMA Certification
Nice To Haves
- EPIC: 1 year (preferred)
- Clinical Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Concern for client’s dignity
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the nursing care and general nursing functions required by ECHC’s patients during clinic visits.
- Provides age specific and health prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by the Registered Nurse, Physician and Nurse Practitioner to patients.
- Works closely with the Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care and to provide coordination of services within an integrated health care delivery system.
