Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field; or any combination of education and experience which would enable the candidate to successfully perform the functions of the positions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience working with children and families, including direct experience supporting children ages birth to five.
  • Must have strong knowledge of general office procedures and demonstrate excellent organizational and computer skills specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Highly skilled at data entry with accuracy and efficiency
  • Demonstrated effective customer service to quickly establish and maintain cooperative and effective professional relationships, build trust and rapport in a limited time.
  • Demonstrate effective skills in group facilitation, managing teams/groups, organizational dynamics, and consensus building.
  • Excellent project management skills to balance multiple priorities with proven ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems and maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to honor social, cultural and ethnic diversity of clients in order to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the community.
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively as part of a team with colleagues and staff within the Agency as well as other agencies as required for effective program implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to honor confidentiality, and work sensitively and supportively with clients.
  • Excellent adaptability skills to be flexible, innovative and adapt to the changing needs of the department/agency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to successfully engage with others one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Strong work ethic and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adherence to confidentiality, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with Agency policy and legal requirements.
  • Adherence to technological security in accordance with Agency policy and legal requirements.
  • Background check required.
  • Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting
  • Health Clearance
  • MVR / DMV clearance in accordance with CCRC’s liability insurance provisions
  • Child Development Permit
  • CPR / Pediatric CPR certification
  • Federal Debarment Checks

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual preferred. Ability to converse, write and/or translate in English and Spanish in order to convey program information in the native language of the family.
