About The Position

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By empowering Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we help deliver better patient care at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal management of chronic conditions. We are seeking a Provider Growth Partner to accelerate provider network expansion and launch new markets across the United States. This field-based healthcare sales role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling primary care providers into the Counterpart Health provider network. As the face of Counterpart Health in your territory, you will meet directly with physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant, communicate its clinical and financial value, and enroll providers into the Counterpart Health provider network. Your success will be measured by your ability to engage targeted provider practices, convert opportunities into signed partnerships, and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of outside sales experience in healthcare technology, clinical software, value-based care solutions, provider network contracting or servicing.
  • Experience prospecting, delivering executive-level presentations and product demonstrations, overcoming objections, negotiating agreements, and developing partnerships with physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
  • A strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, provider contracting or recruitment goals, and territory growth objectives.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and is motivated by building new relationships, opening markets, and delivering measurable growth.
  • Willing and able to travel 60–70% (3–4 days per week) and support provider recruitment and market expansion efforts across multiple regions of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a market growth strategy to identify, engage, and recruit independent primary care practices and provider organizations.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain CRM activity, and consistently achieve quarterly and annual provider recruitment goals.
  • Meet with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders to demonstrate Counterpart Assistant and communicate its clinical and financial value.
  • Lead providers through the sales process by addressing objections, negotiating participation, and closing new provider partnerships.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at provider meetings, conferences, healthcare events, and community organizations to increase awareness, generate new opportunities, and strengthen Counterpart Health's presence in key growth markets.
  • Partner closely with Provider Success teams to ensure providers are well prepared for onboarding and positioned for a successful launch.
