Requirements

2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members in an enrollment or healthcare environment.
Strong provider enrollment and operational knowledge.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and training skills.
Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily enrollment operations, queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.
Handle escalations, resolve complex issues, and support client or stakeholder relationships.
Manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and support process improvement initiatives.
