About The Position

The Provider Enrollment Specialist supports provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program. The role reviews and processes Medicaid provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid enrollment guidelines and other state and federal requirements and procedures. The specialist uses multiple websites to screen applications and determine whether applicants meet state requirements, and contacts providers by phone and email to ensure all necessary and accurate documentation is provided. The role also works directly with the client as needed to review applications and updates and obtain necessary approvals. This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Requirements

At least two years of work experience in a customer service role.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve problems or issues promptly and effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired.
