Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of customer service or data entry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Must provide full address prior to interview.

Nice To Haves

At least 6 months of experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers.
Assist providers with application deficiencies and documentation requirements.
Process provider enrollment and file maintenance requests accurately and on time.
Maintain production and quality standards, including a minimum 98% QA score.
Research incomplete applications and follow up with providers to ensure completion.
Identify and resolve application issues using critical thinking and standard procedures.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive provider and healthcare information.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
Update system records and track provider interactions accurately.
Stay up-to-date with Medicaid enrollment policies and best practices.
