Requirements

2 or more years of quality assurance and customer service experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong written and oral communication skills to respond to inquiries professionally
Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail with an ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of working from standard protocols and documents to accurately complete work assigned

Responsibilities

Provide accurate quality checks of provider enrollment revalidation applications to ensure that applications reviewed each month equal a combined error rate of no more than 95%.
Provide accurate quality checks of calls received via the CXone que for provider enrollment revalidation to ensure that specialists are supplying providers with accurate, courteous customer service.
Ensuring that enrollment staff receive complete and timely feedback of errors found during quality assurance audits.
Work with team lead and the Provider Enrollment Supervisor to address any error patterns and training opportunities.
Demonstrate an ability to work in a production environment under strict quality and production requirements
