Mission Health Partners is a membership-driven physician-hospital organization (PHO) that exists to deliver contract management and other advocacy services for healthcare professionals. The Provider Enrollment Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of Health Partners. The Provider Enrollment Manager oversees the full lifecycle of provider payer enrollment, credentialing coordination, and contract administration to ensure healthcare providers are accurately enrolled, contracted, and maintained with all contracted insurance payers. This role plays a critical operational and compliance function by supporting network participation, timely reimbursement, and regulatory adherence, while partnering closely with providers, payers, internal leadership, and revenue cycle teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or 2-5 years of applicable experience in provider relations or healthcare administration
  • Competency in Microsoft office
  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee provider enrollment
  • Identify, analyze and implement workflow improvements to reduce enrollment delays, improve data accuracy, identify enrollment gaps and enhance provider onboarding efficiency across payers and networks.
  • Track enrollment and contracting metrics, provider effective dates, payer participation status, and turnaround timelines; provide reports and insights to leadership to support operational planning and process improvement.
  • Act as a point of escalation for provider enrollment and contracting issues impacting network status or provider satisfaction.
  • Resolve any claims disputes resulting from provider enrollment and loading issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy across PHO systems, payer portals, and provider directories to support proper network representation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PHO office and work closely with PHO staff.
  • Assist with other duties, as assigned, including but not limited to credentialing and database management functions.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of enrollment specialist(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
