About The Position

RISE Services LLC is expanding services in multiple states and is looking for a highly organized Provider Enrollment & Applications Coordinator to help complete and track government provider applications. The initial focus will be on Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, and Kentucky. The role involves working on applications for Medicaid provider enrollment, Medicaid waiver programs, vocational rehabilitation provider enrollment, and other state human-services provider applications. While expertise in Medicaid is not required, the ideal candidate will be excellent at applications, research, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Medicaid experience is helpful.
  • Experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, licensing, government contracting, human services, or compliance.
  • Paralegal-type skills and experience researching requirements and assembling documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather documents from different departments.
  • Upload documentation to government portals.
  • Research requirements using official government resources.

  • Respond to requests for additional information.
  • Ensure applications are processed promptly.
  • Identify and escalate questions requiring compliance, financial, clinical, or executive decisions to the appropriate personnel.
