About The Position
Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) provides integrated in-home Durable Medical Equipment, Respiratory, Home Health, and Home Infusion services through a network of Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and accredited providers. The Provider Engagement Specialist educates and informs IHCS Home Health Network providers and providers contracted directly with the health plans IHCS serves. The position contributes to IHCS’s focus on coordinated care, exceptional customer service, and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Two years of Provider Relations or healthcare delivery systems experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts.
- Current working knowledge of the insurance industry claims process and its practices.
Responsibilities
- Educate and inform IHCS Home Health Network providers.
- Educate and inform providers contracted directly with the health plans IHCS serves.
