Provider Engagement Specialist III

Imagine PediatricsBaton Rouge, LA
$75,000 - $90,000Remote

About The Position

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group that is reimagining care for children with special healthcare needs. They deliver 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, collaborating with families, providers, and health plans to overcome barriers to quality care. They aim to enhance existing care teams by providing an additional layer of support with compassion and creativity, focusing on children with medical complexity. The Provider Engagement Specialist III (PES) will work collaboratively with providers in markets where Imagine Pediatrics has contracts to further the mission of increasing safe days at home by delivering care for medically complex children. As part of the Network Development team, the PES will develop and manage positive, long-term relationships with physicians and groups serving specialty populations. The role involves serving as an ambassador and representative of Imagine Pediatrics in their territory, with the goal of enrolling eligible patients and their families in the app-based care model. The PES will manage provider relationships, drive engagement within their assigned territory or market, and potentially focus on specialized populations. They will execute strategic initiatives, support providers, coordinate events, and address day-to-day operational needs. The role requires acting as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations, providing input on central engagement strategies based on on-the-ground experience, and independently handling day-to-day challenges and decision-making, escalating broader issues to the Director. Collaboration with providers, care teams, and local community organizations to drive brand recognition is key. The PES will identify additional engagement opportunities by independently pulling data from Tableau to share with PCPs and mentor new and associate-level team members. Meeting and exceeding monthly engagement targets and traveling within territory and market for team member support and relationship building are also core responsibilities. The role also involves independently developing and maintaining relationships with health plans.
