Position Summary The International Provider Data Service Team seeks a motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners. Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision. Ensure the accuracy of provider data (Demographic and contractual) up to date for all network and non-network providers Perform basic demographic transaction updates in provider system applications to support claim processing and Provider directory. Establish and maintain standards for database quality, corrective actions, database alignment, and manage communication processes with other departments regarding database enhancements. Performs validation of system enhancements

Requirements

1+ years work experience in provider data operations, or network operations.
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
Experience using Excel.

Nice To Haves

Enterprise Provider Database (EPDB) experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
