About The Position

Imagine360 is seeking a Provider Data Management Specialist to join the team! In the role of Provider Data Management Specialist, you will play a critical part in helping ensure that all inbound provider demographic updates for the Imagine360 networks are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. This directly impacts the experience of the members, providers, and third-party administrators that use our core product. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced repetitive task-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Previous health insurance / network experience preferred
  • Previous provider relations or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong, effective communicator capable of navigating challenging conversations
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong technical, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, issues, and priorities effectively and simultaneously, with high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficient is using Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Manage a queue of inbound requests from contracted providers using email and salesforce.
  • Submit request to update provider data system with new demographic information (e.g. new TINs, location change, provider add/terms etc.).
  • Respond in a timely manner to physician inquiries regarding status of their request, updates or initial contracting requests for effective dates or other contract/provider related information.
  • Ensure all provider data / contracts are researched, located, and assigned quickly and appropriately to our team so it can be updated in relevant systems.
  • Ensure organized storage of all relevant provider documents.
  • Use effective verbal and written communication skills with teammates internally and doctors externally.
  • Foster a service-oriented working environment by having a positive attitude and treating others in a kind and professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director.
