Requirements

High School Diploma and at least 5 year's of experience in a mechanical trade or associate degree with at least 3 year’s of experience in a mechanical trade

Nice To Haves

CMM and CNC experience
Good mechanical skills
Good Organizational Skills
Basic computer skills and some knowledge of office packages (word, excel, and powerpoint)
Apprenticeship or other technical training program in mechanical trade preferred

Responsibilities

Perform machine set ups and operations in the following areas: Product Grind or Prototype operations.
Perform set up and operation of various grinding machines examples, surface, ID, OD, centerless and super finishing.
Use a variety of inspection equipment and hand tools to complete in process inspections.
Knowledge of computers required.
Ability to follow work instructions, process control plans.
Work as a member of a team under supervision of leadership to meet on-time delivery goals and to provide necessary assistance to meet customer demands.
Assist in training associates on applicable processes, tasks and operations.
Participate in current quality systems, calibration, and audits.
