About The Position

SuperATV, now part of the Dorman team, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prototype Mechanic. This role is critical to continuing SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry by ensuring innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Requirements

Excellent attendance and punctuality history.
Must be a self-starter and need minimal supervision to complete work and meet production deadlines.
Ability to effectively communicate with other departments is critical.
Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.

Nice To Haves

Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge and understanding of our market.
Blueprint reading.
Mechanical experience in automotive and recreational vehicle drivetrains.
Fabrication and machine equipment experience.

Responsibilities

Installment of prototyped parts such as suspensions, cab enclosures, bumpers, and accessories for test fitment on ATVs and UTVs.
Use of hand tools, measuring devices, saws, and welders as needed.
Effective communication of identified issues and proposed solutions to engineering and the quality team.
