Requirements

  • High School Diploma; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 0-1 years relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry or military.
  • Candidate must adhere to all company safety protocols
  • Demonstrates proficiency in collaboration with others to make improvements through experimentation and drive toward standardized methods
  • Strong mechanical, electronic, and troubleshooting skills required
  • Candidate must have solid workplace soft skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in English
  • Candidate must be comfortable navigating and operating computers
  • Basic familiarity of MS Office programs is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Hands-on participation and strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast paced, high volume production environment
  • Must be physically capable of supporting equipment maintenance that requires occasionally bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, squatting, etc.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance on test handlers
  • Responsible for installing handler kits and performing adjustments as needed.
  • Responsible for vision system training per specifications
  • Work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks
  • Work closely with peers, supervisor, and engineering team to improve equipment to meet production goals
  • Document all work performed on equipment via software CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Following standards and procedures
