This role involves performing mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while adhering to all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. The position also supports preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may involve working across departments. Employees must comply with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may need to adjust schedules to meet business needs. Overtime is a regular requirement, typically 10-20 hours per week. This is a 2nd Shift role (Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm) and is an onsite position.
