About The Position

The Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 2nd shift. This role involves handling small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy, performing a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery. The assembler must follow methods and sequences of operations to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed. They are expected to understand and document daily production metrics accurately and may participate in projects as a team member to support improvement initiatives. Demonstrating Philips Behaviors, treating team members with respect, and valuing their feedback are essential.

Requirements

  • Good hand eye coordination.
  • Communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • High school diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
