About The Position

This is a part-time position responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive Protestant religious education program for children and youth, including Sunday school, youth group activities, and special events. The role involves collaboration with the Protestant Chaplain and chapel staff for program coordination, volunteer recruitment and training, and organizing retreats and mission trips. Administrative duties include budgeting, record-keeping, and promotional material preparation.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience in religious education or youth ministry, with a letter of good standing from a Protestant church official.
• Experience in Protestant religious education or youth ministry, with a solid understanding of Protestant theology and practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with youth, families, and volunteers.
