Provide administrative support for Protestant religious education programs. Coordinate and support weekly religious education activities and events. Prepare and maintain monthly calendars of religious education programs. Develop flyers, promotional materials, and communication for programs and events. Track attendance and maintain program records and reports. Prepare and distribute program materials and supplies for classes and events. Coordinate facility reservations and logistics for religious education activities. Support seasonal programs (e.g., Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Vacation Bible School). Attend meetings and provide updates to chapel leadership. Submit required reports, documentation, and invoices in a timely manner. Work hours vary based on program schedule (not a standard 9–5 role). Core office hours: Monday–Friday: 0830–1630 (as needed). Additional hours may include: Evenings, weekends, and holidays to support programs and events.
