About The Position
The Protein Conversion Loadout Operator is responsible for loading all outgoing products at the Protein Conversion Facility in Douglas, Georgia. The role also involves inspecting trailers and tankers, faxing and copying documents and bills of lading (BOLs), keeping work areas clean, and performing equipment checks.
Requirements
- A valid VA driver’s license.
- Able to meet Pilgrim’s company vehicle driving requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read gauges and record readings.
- Able to work well independently.
- Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Excellent attendance, safety, and work record.
- Comfortable with heights; required to climb and enter confined spaces.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma (preferred but not required).
