About The Position

This is a remote, performance-based position where you will meet virtually with clients, educate them on available protection options, and guide them through the application process with professionalism and care. You will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support designed to help you build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create long-term success. As you grow within the role, additional leadership and mentorship opportunities become available based on performance, reliability, and consistency.

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and live in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL in Canada

  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, leadership, or sales is considered an asset, but not required
