About The Position

This role is about providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to customers regarding Vitality Life products, building rapport to help them make informed choices. It involves direct interaction with both personal and business customers. The company offers ongoing support, coaching, and focuses on career development. Requirements

  • Experience within Financial Services is a must
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Full understanding and knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the FCA
  • Strong Customer orientation and engagement skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to deliver sales targets and outstanding customer outcomes
  • A driven individual with committed to person development and progression
  • Strong Organisation skills with the ability to manage personal time and focus to maximise productivity and results

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services qualifications appropriate to the role, ideally CEMAP or R05

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service and advice over the telephone to our customers
  • Time management is key as we are fast paced, and we have lots of customer needs to meet
  • Proactivity in maintaining your knowledge being a driver in your own performance, knowing we will support in every step
  • Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
  • Quality of advice provided is a must with every fact find, making sure you have everything documented along with the analysis and outcomes. Every conversation is important
