About The Position

As a Proposal Manager at Linxon, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by leading the development and delivery of high-quality proposals for complex EPC substation, electrification, and energy infrastructure projects. Working closely with business development, operations, engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams, you will drive the proposal process from opportunity identification through submission, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will contribute directly to Linxon’s continued success in securing and delivering world-class energy infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing proposals, bids, tenders, or business development activities within the EPC, energy, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex proposal processes.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex client requirements and develop compliant, competitive proposal strategies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with proposal management, document control, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively engaging stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal development process from opportunity qualification through final submission.
  • Coordinate and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and review milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with business development, engineering, procurement, project management, and commercial teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Review solicitation documents and client requirements to establish proposal strategies and compliance plans.
  • Facilitate proposal kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
  • Develop proposal outlines, content plans, compliance matrices, and submission schedules.
  • Gather, organize, and edit technical, commercial, and project information for proposal responses.
  • Ensure all proposal documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with Linxon standards and client expectations.
  • Manage proposal risks, assumptions, clarifications, and client questions throughout the bidding process.
  • Coordinate pricing and commercial inputs with estimators and commercial stakeholders.
  • Maintain proposal libraries, templates, resumes, project references, and other business development materials.
  • Support strategic pursuits by contributing to capture planning and win strategies.
  • Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Support presentations, interviews, and client engagement activities as required.
