About The Position

Aleut Federal is seeking a Proposal Writing Manager to lead enterprise-scale, high-value federal IT and modernization pursuits across civilian and defense agencies. This role works closely with business development, capture, and senior leadership teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality federal proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting federal (GovCon) proposals
  • Strong written communication, editing, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis, compliance reviews, and overall proposal coordination
  • Edit, format, and standardize proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with requirements
  • Manage proposal inputs, including document organization, SharePoint libraries, and version control
  • Coordinate internal review cycles and assist with final proposal production and submission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
