About The Position

The primary purpose of the Proposal & Contract Specialist is to ensure client expectations and timelines are met through a careful understanding of their needs and project requirements and clearly documenting those requirements within their proposals and contracts, including change orders. This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite presence required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented work environment
• An understanding and background in business development, drug sourcing, logistics and clinical trial principles and processes strongly preferred
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
• Confidentiality of all client information
• English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manages and compiles all specifications to ensure that proposals and contracts, including change orders are forwarded to sales staff or clients/prospective clients in a timely manner
• Enters work orders and subsequent change orders into the contact database
• Participates in work order review meetings with applicable resources and participates in project management meetings as needed
• Performs timely follow-up and maintains an up-to-date contact database
• Compiles and updates information for pricing and company guidelines for sales contracts
