About The Position

Wade Trim's team of 20+ marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications or Marketing
0+ years of experience
Excellent organizational skills to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously, work is undertaken in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills when dealing with all individuals at all levels.
Strong writing skills as well as excellent creative skills to enhance the graphic presentation of materials.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, multi-functional printer including color copier and RIP Unit, and binding equipment desired.

Responsibilities

Develop proposals and qualifications packages in conjunction with Project Managers for clients and prospective clients in all market segments.
Provide writing and editing support to Project Managers in the development of proposals.
Work collaboratively with other Proposal Coordinators and marketing staff.
Work with Graphic Designer to develop effective graphics for proposals and presentations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subconsultants and primes.
Conduct research to support proposal development.
Assist with presentations for shortlisted proposals.
Maintain master proposal information.
Maintain a safe working environment.
