About The Position
CRD Careers is partnering with a growing government contractor to hire a Proposal Manager. This role is fully remote and built for someone who can own proposals from start to finish — not just coordinate them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of federal proposal experience (must-have)
- Experience managing and writing proposals
- Background in GovCon
- Ability to handle multiple proposals independently
- Experience with IDIQ / task order environments
- Strong writing skills (non-negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Lead federal proposals from kickoff to submission
- Manage multiple bids at once (including fast-turn task orders)
- Write and edit proposal content (this is hands-on)
- Run timelines, reviews, and compliance
- Work with SMEs, BD, and leadership to shape winning responses
