About The Position

As the Proposal Developer for U.S. Loss Adjusting, this role delivers both technical and administrative expertise throughout the RFP and RFI response cycle. It supports all services offered within U.S. Loss Adjusting, helping to ensure that each final proposal response accurately reflects the Company’s capabilities, value, and benefits. Working closely with Sales leadership and other departments throughout the organization, this position oversees the full lifecycle of each RFP—from initial intake through final submission—while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Strong project management skills are essential, as the Proposal Developer independently coordinates multiple concurrent RFP efforts that contribute directly to corporate revenue objectives. A key responsibility of this role is shaping the strategic positioning of each proposal response. This includes leading cross‑functional subject matter experts, gathering and compiling technical input, and producing high‑quality, client‑focused proposal documents. Through this collaboration, the Proposal Developer helps ensure that prospective and existing clients receive responses that meet or exceed expectations in clarity, professionalism, and overall quality.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience within the loss adjusting industry is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with loss adjusting services, terminology, and the claims ecosystem.
