About The Position

Toole Design is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join their Atlanta team. This role supports impactful roadway and active transportation projects by managing the proposal lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence. The company focuses on creating safer, more connected communities through sustainable multimodal transportation design, believing streets should work for everyone. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, English, journalism, or similar relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Four to five years of hands-on experience in proposal preparation/coordination, layout design, writing, and copy editing, and working with a team.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Basic experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate proposal assignments with technical staff and teaming partners.
• Produce appealing layouts in InDesign, ensuring proposals are compliant and meet Toole Design’s standards.
• Perform copy editing and proofreading to ensure products are error-free.
• Develop interview presentations and marketing collateral.
