About The Position

A Proposal Coordinator is central to a company’s business development efforts, ensuring proposals are well-organized, persuasive, and compliant. The role combines writing, editing, and team coordination skills, making it critical for securing new business opportunities and maintaining professional standards in proposal submissions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with proposal development processes, RFP/RFI compliance, and project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire proposal process, from initial concept to final submission.
  • Analyze RFPs and RFIs, develop a detailed proposal schedule, set deadlines, and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect and organize content from subject matter experts and writers, ensuring all sections are coherent, persuasive, and compliant with submission requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among internal teams and external partners, including consultants, architects, or clients.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, debrief sessions, and review meetings to gather feedback and incorporate revisions.
  • Ensure proposals meet all RFP/RFI requirements, are accurate, and adhere to company standards.
