Your day-to-day as a Proposal Coordinator As a Full-Time Proposal Coordinator at CEI Engineering Associates, you will take charge of managing all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and preparing compelling responses to private and public sector Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFI). Requirements

Associate's Degree
At least three years of experience in the professional services field
Proficiency in proposal management and collaboration tools
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, PhotoShop, and Canva
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
