The Proposal Coordinator will coordinate the development, writing, editing, production, and proofing of proposals, statement of qualifications, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and related marketing/proposal materials within the LAN brand standards. This position reports to the Proposal Manager. This role requires collaboration with business development leads, business group leaders, engineers, construction managers, and management staff to develop marketing/proposal materials that clearly demonstrate LAN's value proposition and differentiators against competitors in that market sector. This role coordinates large volumes of information and requires an understanding of industry issues and standards. Scope of role: Develops responses to RFQ/Ps, Supports preparation for short-list interview presentations, Updates VantagePoint database with relevant project and resume information, Provides additional, as-needed marketing support for presentations and collateral.
