About The Position

Woolpert is seeking a Proposal Coordinator Intern for a Part-Time opportunity during the Fall semester of 2026 (Aug-Dec). This internship reports to the Proposal Director and is responsible for supporting the maintenance of proposal information and data entry tasks across a variety of platforms and repositories. The ideal candidate will be passionate, curious, and eager to learn. Woolpert is a national architecture, engineering, and geospatial (AEG) firm that delivers value to clients by blending site and architectural design excellence with innovative technology and geospatial applications. Requirements

Interest in architecture, engineering, or geospatial industries or supporting business functions that enable them.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program relevant to your field of interest
Students majoring in the following will be successful in this role: Research, English, Marketing, Communications
Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

Support accuracy and thoroughness of proposal information, contributing to content, processes, and tools.
