Proposal Analyst Associate
About The Position
As the Proposal Estimating Analyst Associate, you will own the end-to-end pricing process for PAC-3 proposals, ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing and pricing development, production, and sustainment proposals (USG, FMS, Cost-Plus, Fixed-Price, etc.). You will coordinate functional inputs and apply the LM Estimating - Financial System (EFS/BOEPro/ProPricer) to generate accurate pricing. You will also guide proposals through the management review process, provide government audit support, conduct fact-finding, negotiate terms, and certify final proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong financial/analytical/technical skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
