TYLin’s Falmouth, ME office is seeking a Property Title Manager to lead and oversee title and property research activities supporting transportation-related right-of-way services within the Roads + Highways Sector. This position is responsible for managing complex title research and abstraction assignments, overseeing the preparation and quality of title and right-of-way documentation, and providing technical direction to project teams. The Property Title Manager will serve as a senior subject matter resource for property ownership, title, easement, right-of-way, and acquisition matters. Responsibilities include directing and reviewing title research, resolving complex title issues, coordinating with Project Managers, attorneys, clients, public agencies, and other stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables are accurate, complete, and consistent with applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, and project procedures. The position will also provide technical direction, workload coordination, training, and mentorship to Title Specialists and other staff supporting title and right-of-way activities. The Property Title Manager will support project scoping, resource planning, quality standards, and client relationships and may contribute to proposals and business development activities as needed. Work requires a high degree of independence, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing clear recommendations and solutions on complex property and right-of-way matters.
