About The Position

Sun Realty is seeking a Property Technologies Specialist to join our Maintenance Department. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, working with smart technology, and supporting both homeowners and guests. As the Property Technologies Specialist, you will oversee Sun Realty's Keyless Entry Program, provide technical support for rental property technology, and assist with maintenance inventory management. You will play a key role in ensuring our vacation homes are equipped with reliable technology that enhances the guest experience while supporting the operational needs of our Maintenance Department.

Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-80 lbs., reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines)

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee Sun Realty's Keyless Entry (KABA) Lock Program.
Order, program, install, troubleshoot, and remove electronic door locks as needed.
Coordinate warranty replacements and monitor lock activity, including low battery alerts and offline devices.
Train Maintenance Technicians on keyless entry systems and assist with lock audits.
Install, program, and troubleshoot televisions, cable systems, and streaming devices.
Prepare estimates for television and electronic equipment replacements.
Manage maintenance inventory by receiving stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies.
Research products and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.
Maintain inventory reorder levels based on established set points.
Provide after-hours technical support for urgent property technology issues when needed.
Assist with maintenance work orders as scheduling permits.
