About The Position

Luxer One is seeking an experienced Property Support Representative to join their team. As a Property Support Representative, you will respond to requests from property management staff at multifamily residential apartment complexes through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. This position is based in their Sacramento office with 3 days in office required. The use of remote audio and visual tools will also be required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of direct Customer Service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
  • Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients
  • Self-starter mentality, a solutions driven mindset, adaptability, empathy, insight, and dependability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree or some college

Responsibilities

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and online chats from property managers and package liaisons
  • Work with carriers to solve problems at properties
  • Review and follow up on CRM tasks
  • Work on projects as assigned by management
  • Respond to escalated requests from Residential Support
  • Review integration settings and escalate as appropriate
