The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm with a nationally recognized Property Subrogation Department, is seeking an associate with 2-8 years of experience to join its growing Property Subrogation and Recovery practice. The successful candidate will assist clients in investigating and recovering losses arising from fires, explosions, water losses, equipment failures, product failures, construction defects, and other property damage events. Attorneys in the Department handle matters of all sizes, from routine residential and commercial claims to complex, multi-million-dollar losses. Associates work closely with insurance professionals, engineers, origin-and-cause investigators, product experts, and other forensic consultants to determine how losses occurred, evaluate potential third-party liability, and pursue recovery opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a highly regarded practice that combines forensic investigation, client counseling, negotiation, and litigation to recover losses on behalf of insurers and self-insured entities throughout the United States. The practice routinely handles claims involving product defects, equipment failures, fires, explosions, water losses, construction issues, and other complex property damage events.
