At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, exceptional experiences extend beyond the resort and into the luxury homes and villas that make up the Hualālai community. As a Property Services Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted caretaker and ambassador for homeowners participating in our Malama Hale property care program, ensuring their residences are maintained to the highest standards while delivering the personalized service and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience. This role combines property care, homeowner relations, project coordination, and service excellence. You will work closely with homeowners, vendors, and resort partners to protect and enhance the ownership experience while creating peace of mind for residents when they are both on and off property. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic luxury environment.
