About The Position
At Northwood Ravin, we are known for creating distinctive luxury apartment communities and are seeking a Property Security professional to maintain a secure environment while delivering a professional, resident-focused presence. In this role, you will oversee the safety of the community by monitoring activity, managing access, and responding to incidents with sound judgment, ensuring residents feel secure without disrupting their living experience. This is a role for someone who is observant, composed, and able to deescalate and assess situations quickly while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field
- Ability to observe, assess risk, and respond appropriately to situations without escalating them unnecessarily
- Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of work
- Dependable and collaborative
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular patrols of the property, including entry points and parking areas
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems to identify and address concerns proactively
- Managing building access and verifying entry to maintain a controlled environment
- Responding to incidents and emergencies with urgency and professionalism
- Documenting incidents clearly and accurately for reporting and follow-up
